How do I track my order?
Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided at the time of your order.
Can I return an item?
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us via our support page. Items can be returned in their original condition (unworn and unwashed), with tags attached, within 10 days of receipt at your own expense for a full refund.
A refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving returned item.
Please Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What is your shipping policy?
Orders only ship on business days (Monday-Friday).
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed before shipping.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, however, customers must know orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. When ordering from Assommer.com, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
